Bohemian Bliss Boutique Shipping & Return Policy

Attention:  As of September 26, 2017 we are offering Free Standard Shipping on all order placed with Bohemian Bliss Boutique.


How long will it take to receive my order?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time:  Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.  All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.  Our manufacturer will then process your order, which takes an additional 2-4 days.  For orders of items we have in stock your order will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Shipping time:  This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. From the time you place your order with us, delivery can take from 12-40 days for items shipping directly from our manufacturer. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 14 and 20 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time.  If your order contained multiple items, they may be shipped separately to get your order to your in the shortest time possible.
  • For Items that we are taking Pre-Orders for, we will ship all orders within 2 business days of when we receive the inventory into our stock.  All Pre-Order items are clearly marked as such, and can take several weeks for us to receive depending on the manufacturers production run schedule.  
  • For items we carry in stock we will ship those within 2 business days and you should receive your package in 2-5 days depending on your location.  
            **Keep in mind that if you order multiple items they may ship separately, resulting in you receiving multiple packages.

How can I change my shipping address?

What items can be returned?

  • Returns made within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Items In New original condition and re-sellable
  • In the original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Returns are for Exchange or Store Credit Only 

What items CANNOT be returned?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items you received over 14 days ago
  • Items that have been used, worn, cannot be resold, or have had the tags removed
  • We will NOT not accept any returns or issue any refunds just because you find the item you purchased from us at a cheaper price somewhere else after the fact. We do NOT price match.  It is the customers job of due diligence in finding the best pricing before they make a purchase. 

What if I Entered the wrong shipping address at checkout?

  • As long as your order has not shipped yet we can make the correction to your shipping address for you.
  • If your order has already been processed and shipped then there is nothing we can do. 
  • Refunds will NOT be issued for orders where the customer input the incorrect shipping address.
  • You must contact us IMMEDIATELY as soon as you realize that you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

How do I make a return?

  • First: Contact us through our contact form here:  CONTACT FORM
  • Provide your order number along with reason for requesting a return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once it is approved.

How long will it take to process my return?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If you are approved, then we will ship your exchange or issue your store credit within 2 business days.
  • Shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable

What about Chargebacks?

  • Please avoid filling a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks generally take 120 days for the bank to take action. If you submit a chargeback we will not be able to refund your purchase and your money will be held on average of 120 days until the bank has completed their investigation. Please contact us first as we are normally able to process refunds in 5 days or less. If you have already submitted a chargeback, please cancel it so we can rectify the situation.
